Once you have confirmed your removal with us, we can deliver boxes, paper and tape in advance of your removal for you to carry out your own packing. There are various size boxes designed for different household items. Our free packing advice will explain what each size box is for and the best way to pack your household items to make your packing job easier.
We also provide two types of packing service; we can either pack everything in your home, in which case we would come in the day before your move to pack everything, leaving out the items you will require overnight. On the removal day our packing staff will complete your packing, leaving the kettle to last!
A more economical option is that we can pack all your breakable items, such as glass, china and ornaments. Depending on the size of your home, we may do this the day before or on the day of moving. We will also provide boxes etc in advance for you to pack all your other effects.
Wardrobe cartons will be used for the carriage of hanging clothes.
When shipping to Europe, Asia or the Americas, we provide an EXPORT WRAPPING service, which will include wrapping your furniture in paper blankets, corrugated cardboard or mattress bags, as well as the packing of glass and similar breakable items in paper and bubble wrap. Gilt items are wrapped in specialist gilt wrap. This EXPORT WRAPPING service can be provided for other removal services including to Ireland, just let our consultant know during his visit.
At P.A.J. Moving Services we can offer two types of STORAGE. For larger homes we offer containerised storage and traditional storage in private individual units for smaller amounts.
Whichever type of storage you need, you can count on us to wrap and protect all stored items.
A full inventory is made of the items taken into our store and a copy is given to you.

Storage is charged on a daily basis and invoiced monthly.
